Rajvi Upadhyay holds the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at KPI Green Energy Limited. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Narmad South Gujarat University and is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is responsible for overseeing and managing the secretarial and compliance functions of our Company, ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards, regulatory requirements, and statutory obligations. Her role includes maintaining corporate records, facilitating board meetings, and ensuring timely filings with regulatory authorities. Before joining our group, she served as a Company Secretary at GTPL DCPL Private Limited, where she gained valuable experience in corporate compliance and governance.
