Mr. Krunal Bhatt serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of KPI Green Energy Limited. He is a qualified Company Secretary and legal professional, a commerce and law graduate, and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), with over 19 years of extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory functions across leading listed companies. He possesses strong expertise in SEBI regulations, Companies Act compliance, capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring, along with experience in RBI compliances, ESG initiatives, and legal and IPR matters. He is responsible for overseeing corporate governance, secretarial compliances, and regulatory matters of the Company. Prior to joining KPI Green Energy Limited, he was associated with Arvind Limited as Company Secretary. Earlier in his career, he has worked with reputed listed companies such as Astral Limited and Adani Power Limited, where he made significant contributions in the areas of corporate governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, capital market transactions, and regulatory compliance.
